Set the time zone to Shanghai (UTC+8)

timedatectl set-timezone Asia/Shanghai

Set the time and store it in the RTC

date -s "2023-01-02 12:13:14"
hwclock -w -u

The RTC stores UTC time, so after powering on again, the system will read the time from the RTC and then set it in the system.
