Do not hot-plug the connector or remove/install the gateway while powered. The main power input range of the GW101 gateway is DC 9–29 V, with a built-in reverse polarity protection circuit. The external connector is a 2-pin terminal block with a locking latch and 3.81 mm pitch. It is recommended to use a 12 V/1 A DC power supply to power the system.
