GW101 Development Manual

The side of the GW101 gateway provides one Micro SIM card interface, using a standard Micro SIM card socket. The marking on the housing is "Micro SIM". During installation, the notch of the card faces outward and is located on the right side of the housing opening. Users can select SIM cards from different operators according to the type of built-in 4G module. The GW101 gateway supports connection to a 4G cellular network. The antenna connector is an SMA antenna socket (external thread, inner hole), located on the side of the gateway, with the silkscreen label "4G".

Before using the 4G network, you need to insert a Micro SIM card and ensure that network data service has been activated. During installation, the notch of the card faces outward, the chip faces down, and the notch is on the right side of the housing opening.

The GW101 gateway supports installation of 4G modules with a Mini-PCIE interface. The built-in embedded Linux system already supports drivers for most 4G modules on the market, and they can be used directly after installation.

Enable the 4G dial-up function. enable enables automatic startup at boot, and start starts the service.

systemctl enable ltetool
systemctl start ltetool

After starting the ltetool service, you can check the web page to see whether 4G network dial-up is successful. Access http://deviceIP:8899 in a browser.

You can ping a public network server to test whether the 4G network connection is normal.
